The name Fitness 21 signifies that we’re a health club for the 21st century. Right now our population is deconditioned, confused and scammed by thousands of diet books, miracle fixes, and amazing weight loss products.
Our trainers are proven fitness experts who can guide you through all of the misinformation and help you understand what you really need to feel great about your body both inside and out.
The PEAK Impact Power Session is a one hour seminar created by world renowned fitness expert Phil Kaplan. It will forever change the way you think about fitness and nutrition. People pay hundreds of dollars to learn his philosophy...you get it included in our programs.
Step 1 – Attend a PEAK Impact Power Session. PEAK stands for: Personal Empowerment and Knowledge. This 1-hr will educate you and clarify all the misconceptions and misleading information out there. We teach our concept of Synergy: supportive nutrition, moderate aerobic exercise and a concern for muscle. These 3 components are critical for a successful fitness program that works for everyone!
Step 2 – Have a full Polar BodyAge assessment performed. One of our Personal Trainers will take you through the Polar BodyAge machine and establish base line data and determine areas for improvement. The results also show how old your body is based on the results for males/females in your age group. This test involves: body composition, flexibility, strength, VO2 Max, circumference measurements, nutrition and health history. The cool part is that 30-days later, you do this again to see how you have added years on your life!
Step 3 – You and the Personal Trainer put together a strategic plan targeted at not only achieving your short term and long term goals, but making supportive nutrition, resistance training and moderate aerobic exercise part of your weekly activities for life!
Then you get to Work!
Through ongoing training both inside our facility and at higher learning institutions, the trainers at Fitness21 have the knowledge to empower you to gain complete control over your body and your metabolism regardless of your age and physical condition.
